Alexandr: Well, thanx.

Scorpio: You are an old band and how do you manage to survive?

Alexandr: Sometimes we don't know ourselves. Maybe we mange to reconcile our basic interests and respect each other.

Scorpio: You have been in of coma for some time, what feelings does it arise? And what feelings from beeing in KOMA?

Alexandr: Something like consolation, everyone knows that death is not the end. In fact your feel hunger for creativity andobscurity, deep feeling that you haven't completed everything and wish to see it accomplished. KOMA's obscurity reveals wedon't know for sure which music we gonna play further on. All our album are very different being united by eclecticism only.

Scorpio: Goodwin, is it you old nickname or a surname.

Alexandr: Nickname since my childhood. More common than my real name.

Scorpio: Your band history tell us you have experienced material losses. Which one has been the most noticeable.

Alexandr: Fortunately we don't care a lot about material issues, we've lost automobiles, cameras, guitars, pedals, snares,cymbals, I don't know which of them was the most noticeable.

Scorpio: Equipment?

Alexandr: Yeah, equipment has been stolen several times as well.

Scorpio: How have you been recording your last album? Any accidents?

Alexandr: Yep. Studio problems including lost recorded parts. Finally the sound engineer deleted one recorded song. Suchaccident affected the process of recording and delayed the release date.

Scorpio: Why did you also release the album on MC?

Alexandr: Many fans still listen to tapes sometimes.

Alexandr: Ha-ha, another hypothesis!

Scorpio: Then who is it?

Alexandr: Well, I am not sure myself. I found this picture several years ago and remembered about it when we were thinkingabout frontcover. Maybe it is exactly a star splinter.

Scorpio: How long did it take you to compose songs for the album?

Alexandr: There are both new and old songs, one of the songs is 10 years old!

Scorpio: What about instrumental track?

Alexandr: Yeah, another old one, which was estimated for our debut album.

Scorpio: And it receives development into another song.

Alexandr: At first they were one song but later on we realized they have rights to be separate tracks. I guess that's fine.

Scorpio: Yes, what about the idea of the video?

Alexandr: TV screens are showing us these terrorists… the idea emerged simultaneously with writing lyrics.

Scorpio: Who is the director?

Alexandr: Our sound engineer Alexey Korolev. We have another version filmed by AUTOPILOT Production. Both versions areavailable on our www-site.

Scorpio: As I hear it you also sampled reporting pieces.

Alexandr: Our friend check out the archives and granted us rare conflict reports. It made our video more dynamic.

Scorpio: Your multimedia section also contains photo and lyrics.

Alexandr: Yeah, I though it a good idea.

Scorpio: Maybe you should have placed your history?

Alexandr: There's click button to our web site where you can find just everything.

Scorpio: Multimedia contains photo session and no funny pictures.

Alexandr: The album is not funny at all.

Scorpio: Do you think to re-release your previous albums.

Alexandr: We are not sure about label yet.

Scorpio: How did you get acquainted with Kirill Nemoliaev?

Alexandr: Kirill was VJ of "Nerzhaveika" program and wanted to film our first video. The program got closed and video wasfilmed by another director but it gave a start to our friendship.

Scorpio: What was BONEY NEM for you?

Alexandr: Nice arrangement practice and great concert experience.

Scorpio: What do you do in your normal life?

Alexandr: Right, we have to earn our living and have ordinary jobs. I have changed a great number of works includingwatchman, club manager, editor-in-chief, etc.
