You can say that "Seven Steps To Infinity" of AUTUMN RAIN MELANCHOLY was a long-awaited release. The cover and the booklet are in violet colours and you can see leaves on the surface of water with tree branches reflected on it. A little piteous idea, but despite this the album itself isn't piteous, neither music not vocals. For those who do not know this, the band's playing doom metal. Well, as a matter of fact, "doom metal" won't tell you anything specific about the band's music. Atmospheric melancholic music with keyboards, elements of gothic and melodic black-metal, plus screaming, clear female vocals and some growling. And all this in Russian and English. And there's an ambient song on the album too (one of the two bonus-tracks). I recommend this to all fans of atmospheric music.
