JUDAS PRIEST have announced The Best Of Judas Priest, a career-spanning compilation due June 19, 2026 via Sony Music. The collection celebrates five decades of one of heavy metal's most influential and enduring bands, whose catalogue of riffs, anthems, and leather-clad power defined the sound and aesthetic of an entire genre.

The band has sold over 50 million albums worldwide and accumulated 2.5+ billion global streams. Inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2022, JUDAS PRIEST cemented their legacy further with Invincible Shield (2024) — a Grammy-nominated album that made them the first metal act to release studio albums 50 years apart.

The compilation arrives alongside an exciting documentary milestone: The Ballad Of Judas Priest, co-directed by Tom Morello and Sam Dunn, premiered at the Berlin International Film Festival in February 2026 and makes its North American debut at the Hot Docs festival (April 23–May 3, 2026).

JUDAS PRIEST continue a busy 2026 with European summer dates and headline slots at Bloodstock (August 9) and the Eventim Apollo in Hammersmith (September 21). The current lineup — ROB HALFORD (vocals), IAN HILL (bass), RICHIE FAULKNER and ANDY SNEAP (guitars), and SCOTT TRAVIS (drums) — remains one of the most formidable in heavy metal.

The Best Of Judas Priest is an ideal entry point for the uninitiated and a worthy celebration for lifelong fans of the Metal Gods.
