BATTLELORE is a Finnish epic symphonic metal band from Lappeenranta, formed in 1999. Dedicated entirely to the fantasy world of J.R.R. Tolkien, they craft elaborate symphonic metal epics populated by the races, battles, and mythology of Middle-earth. With both male and female vocals underpinned by orchestral arrangements, their sound is among the grandest in the Finnish metal scene. Signed to Napalm Records, BATTLELORE have produced a body of work that stands as a labour of love for Tolkien fans with heavy metal hearts.
