BELPHEGOR are an Austrian death/black metal band from Salzburg, formed in 1992. One of Europe's most extreme and uncompromising acts, they specialize in viciously blasphemous, hyper-fast metal that fuses death and black metal aggression with themes of Satanism, sadomasochism, perversion, and death. Signed to Reigning Phoenix Music, their studio output is consistently intense and sonically overwhelming. BELPHEGOR remain one of the most committed and extreme acts in European metal.
