ELIS

ELIS were a Liechtenstein-based symphonic gothic metal band from Vaduz, active from 2003 to 2012. Centred on the commanding soprano vocals of Sandra Schleret, they crafted orchestrally rich gothic metal dealing with childhood, love, death, and solitude. After Schleret's tragic death in 2006, the band recruited new vocalist Sabine Dünser and continued before eventually dissolving in 2012. Their discography remains a valued entry in the European symphonic gothic metal catalogue.
