NECRODEATH are an Italian black/death/thrash metal band from Genoa, formed in 1985. One of the earliest and most extreme Italian extreme metal acts, they helped pioneer Italian black metal and death-thrash through savage, technically demanding compositions rooted in Satanism, occultism, death, and violence. After many years of activity they announced their split up in 2025. Their legacy as founders of Italian extreme metal is secure.
