NECROPHOBIC are a Swedish death/black metal band from Stockholm, formed in 1989. One of Sweden's most consistently excellent extreme metal acts, they blend death metal brutality with black metal atmosphere, dark Satanism, and anti-Christianity into a uniquely Swedish extreme metal sound. Signed to Century Media, their catalogue — from "The Nocturnal Silence" to their recent output — represents over thirty years of uncompromising extreme metal. NECROPHOBIC remain active.
