QUEEN are a British hard rock and arena rock band from London, formed in 1970. Featuring the legendary vocalist Freddie Mercury, guitarist Brian May, drummer Roger Taylor, and bassist John Deacon, they became one of the greatest rock bands of all time. Their catalogue — spanning glam rock, heavy metal, progressive rock, and pop — includes timeless anthems like "Bohemian Rhapsody", "We Will Rock You", and "Radio Ga Ga". The band effectively ended with Mercury's death in 1991.
