STONED JESUS

STONED JESUS is a Ukrainian stoner metal band from Kyiv, founded in 2009 by guitarist and vocalist Igor Sydorenko. The band mixes stoner and doom metal with psychedelic and progressive rock, and its 2012 album Seven Thunders Roar, home of "I'm the Mountain", made it one of the best-known heavy bands to come out of Ukraine. In January 2017 STONED JESUS became the first Ukrainian rock band to tour South America. Now on Season of Mist, the band is in the middle of the Songs to… trilogy: Songs to Sun (2025) is followed by Songs to Moon, out October 16, 2026. The current lineup is Igor Sydorenko, Andrew Rodin and Yurii Ciel.
