TOC was a Finnish melodic death and progressive metal band from Espoo, active from 1995 to 2005. Beginning in melodic death metal territory, they evolved toward power and progressive metal in their later work. Over a decade of activity, they contributed to the Finnish underground metal scene before eventually disbanding.
