BEYOND THE BLACK's sixth album "Break The Silence" is earning strong reviews in its opening weekend. Critics have praised the German symphonic metallers' concept album for its emotional depth, ambitious guest collaborations, and blend of melodic metal with ethno influences. The record explores themes of personal empowerment and finding one's voice against adversity, threading a narrative arc through its thirteen tracks.

The collaboration with Asami from LOVEBITES on "Can You Hear Me" has been singled out as a highlight, pairing Jennifer Haben's powerful mezzo-soprano with Asami's contrasting vocal style to stunning effect. Equally praised is the atmospheric "Let There Be Rain" featuring The Mystery of the Bulgarian Voices, which introduces haunting polyphonic choral elements into the band's symphonic metal framework. The track "The Art Of Being Alone," a duet with LORD OF THE LOST's Chris Harms, has also drawn attention for its dark, theatrical intensity.

Games, Brrraaains & A Head-Banging Life praised the album's cohesion, noting that the concept format gives the record a narrative drive often lacking in modern metal releases. Angry Metal Guy highlighted Jennifer Haben's commanding vocal performances, calling them the most versatile of her career. Metal Hammer Germany awarded the album eight out of ten points, praising the production work of Alexander Dietz, who captured a sound that is simultaneously massive and intimate.

The album has entered the German album charts in its first day of availability, with early streaming numbers suggesting strong digital performance. The band's "Rising High" tour is already underway across Europe, giving fans immediate opportunities to hear the new material performed live alongside established favorites from the BEYOND THE BLACK catalog.
