EXODUS and KREATOR European Tour in March Builds Anticipation

Anticipation is building for one of 2026's most anticipated extreme metal tour packages: KREATOR and EXODUS co-headlining a European run in March, with support from CARCASS and NAILS, creating a four-band bill that rivals any festival lineup for sheer destructive potential. The tour kicks off March 20 in Lisbon, Portugal and will traverse major markets across the continent through April, bringing a thrash-and-death-metal blitz to venues that will struggle to contain the combined energy of four of extreme metal's most ferocious live acts.

Both headliners are riding waves of renewed creative momentum that have reinvigorated their respective careers. KREATOR's "Krushers of the World," released January 16, has been hailed as one of the German thrash legends' strongest albums in years, with Mille Petrozza's songwriting drawing favorable comparisons to the band's untouchable late-1980s output. The album's stunning cover art by Zbigniew Bielak -- the Polish artist known for his work with GHOST -- has become one of the year's most iconic metal images.

EXODUS bring their own brand of Bay Area thrash fury to the co-headlining slot, with their upcoming album "Goliath" due March 20 via Napalm Records -- timed perfectly to coincide with the tour's opening night in Lisbon. The album marks a significant moment for EXODUS: it is their first with returning vocalist Rob Dukes, who rejoined in early 2025 following the departure of Steve "Zetro" Souza. Dukes's return was tested at the Decibel Metal & Beer Fest in Philadelphia in April 2025, where the band played their first show with him in eleven years to an enthusiastic and energetic reception.

CARCASS, the Liverpool death metal and grindcore pioneers who have experienced a remarkable late-career renaissance, add surgical precision and melodic death metal sophistication to the undercard. NAILS, the uncompromising powerviolence and hardcore outfit from Oxnard, California, round out the bill with their trademark blasts of concentrated fury. The combination of these four acts creates a touring package that is arguably the strongest extreme metal bill assembled for a European run in years, and ticket demand across all markets is expected to be enormous.
