EXODUS Announce "Goliath" Album, Unleash Brutal Lead Single "3111"

EXODUS have officially announced their thirteenth studio album "Goliath," due March 20 via Napalm Records, and unleashed the punishing lead single "3111" — a track that addresses the narco killings in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, with 3,111 being the estimated murder count for 2010 alone. The music video proved too brutal for YouTube, requiring a censored version for the platform while the uncensored cut was hosted on the band's dedicated domain exodus3111.com.

"Goliath" marks the return of vocalist Rob Dukes, who rejoined the band in January 2025 after the departure of Steve "Zetro" Souza. EXODUS played their first show with Dukes in eleven years at the Decibel Metal & Beer Fest in Philadelphia in April 2025, and the reception was electric. The album features guest appearances from Peter Tagtgren of HYPOCRISY and PAIN on vocals and violinist Katie Jacoby, making it EXODUS's most collaborative record in their four-decade-plus history.

Guitarist Gary Holt, who has simultaneously served as a touring member of SLAYER, brings his trademark razor-sharp riffing alongside Lee Altus, while bassist Jack Gibson and drummer Tom Hunting provide the pulverizing rhythmic foundation that has defined EXODUS since their "Bonded by Blood" days. The album's ten tracks reportedly span the full spectrum of EXODUS's capabilities, from breakneck thrash to doom-laden heaviness — the title track "Goliath" has been described as possibly the heaviest song the band has ever written.

EXODUS will tour Canada with MEGADETH and ANTHRAX starting February 15, followed by European dates supporting KREATOR and a North American run with SEPULTURA's farewell tour later in the year.
