Following Tuesday's surprise announcement of their first US tour in nearly two decades, SIGH have now shared initial dates and support act information for the run, which is scheduled for late summer 2026.
The Japanese avant-garde metal pioneers — whose catalogue spans black metal, jazz, psychedelia, and classical composition under the direction of Mirai Kawashima — will be supported by a rotating cast of acts that reflects the breadth of their musical influence, including several underground US black metal and experimental acts yet to be officially announced.
Confirmed dates so far include shows in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Seattle, with additional cities expected. The run is expected to span approximately two weeks.
"We have wanted to return to America for many years," Kawashima said in a brief statement. "The time is finally right." Full dates and ticket links will be announced at sigh-official.com.
