Aftershock Festival has released its full 2026 lineup, confirming four headliners across four nights at Discovery Park in Sacramento, California, October 1–4.
The headliners are: MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE (Thursday), Limp Bizkit (Friday), PIERCE THE VEIL (Saturday), and TOOL (Sunday). Among the 140+ acts confirmed across five stages are KILLSWITCH ENGAGE, QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE, BABYMETAL, SEVENDUST, SLAUGHTER TO PREVAIL, THE OFFSPRING, DETHKLOK, A DAY TO REMEMBER, and THE PRETTY RECKLESS.
TOOL's Sunday headline slot is the clear anchor for the metal audience. The Arizona prog-metal giants, following their Fear Inoculum cycle, have been deliberately selective with festival appearances, making Aftershock a significant get. KILLSWITCH ENGAGE on the same bill ensures the heavier end of the audience is served throughout the weekend.
The inclusion of DETHKLOK — the animated band from Adult Swim's Metalocalypse, performing as a live act — continues the festival's embrace of novelty acts alongside established headliners.
This edition marks the first time Aftershock will offer festival camping, a significant logistical expansion for the event, which previously drew from the Sacramento day-trip market.
General admission and reserved packages are available now. VIP and camping options sold out within hours of the initial lineup announcement earlier this week, with standard tickets now in high demand.
