LORNA SHORE Unveil Dark New Single "In Darkness"

Deathcore titans LORNA SHORE have dropped the menacing new single "In Darkness", continuing the momentum from their critically acclaimed 2025 album "I Feel The Everblack Festering Within Me". The track arrives as the band gears up for an extensive spring North American tour running April 17 through May 22, with support from Swiss heavyweights Paleface Swiss and Signs Of The Swarm.

Vocalist Will Ramos has revealed that "In Darkness" explores deeply personal territory, describing it as a song about anxiety and the experience of being an outcast. Coming from one of extreme metal's most technically gifted vocalists — a performer capable of inhuman vocal feats that have garnered millions of views online — the admission of vulnerability adds a compelling layer to the track's already devastating sonic assault.

Musically, the single pushes LORNA SHORE's signature blend of symphonic grandeur and deathcore brutality into even darker territory. The orchestral arrangements are more restrained than on recent material, creating space for a rawer, more claustrophobic atmosphere that mirrors the lyrical themes of isolation and internal struggle.

The spring tour will see LORNA SHORE continue their rapid ascent as one of extreme metal's biggest live draws. Festival appearances at Welcome To Rockville and Sonic Temple are also confirmed, placing the band on some of the biggest heavy music stages in the United States.

Since Ramos joined the band, LORNA SHORE have experienced an unprecedented surge in popularity, bridging the gap between underground deathcore and mainstream metal audiences. "In Darkness" suggests the band has no interest in softening their approach despite their growing profile — if anything, they are pushing deeper into the abyss.
