Milwaukee Metal Fest 2026 has completed its lineup with a final wave of additions that elevates an already monstrous bill to truly historic proportions. The festival runs June 4-7 at The Rave/Eagles Club, with a free pre-party on June 4 available to all three-day pass holders.
The final additions include MACHINE HEAD, two separate sets from British grindcore legends NAPALM DEATH, GENERATION KILL featuring former EXODUS vocalist Rob Dukes, and Dallas-based thrash outfit CREEPING DEATH. These acts join an already jaw-dropping roster that includes ACID BATH, KILLSWITCH ENGAGE, MINISTRY, SUICIDAL TENDENCIES, and OBITUARY.
The lineup also features THE CROSSES performing the music of DIE KREUZEN, DEATH ANGEL delivering a special "Act III" album set, and VIO-LENCE bringing their Bay Area thrash attack. The diversity of styles represented — from New Orleans sludge and industrial metal to thrash, grindcore, and metalcore — makes this one of the most comprehensive underground metal festival lineups assembled anywhere in 2026.
ACID BATH's inclusion is particularly noteworthy, as the New Orleans sludge metal pioneers continue their long-awaited reunion run that has electrified fans since its announcement. Seeing them alongside the likes of NAPALM DEATH and OBITUARY creates a bill that spans generations and subgenres of extreme music.
The free pre-party on June 4 sweetens the deal for attendees, offering additional performances before the main festival kicks into gear. With this final lineup announcement, Milwaukee Metal Fest has firmly positioned itself as one of the must-attend metal events of the summer.
