TESTAMENT, OVERKILL, and DESTRUCTION Launch 'Thrash of the Titans' U.S. Tour

TESTAMENT, OVERKILL, and DESTRUCTION have launched the U.S. leg of their "Thrash of the Titans" world tour — a dream package for fans of old-school thrash metal. The trek launched in late March and runs through April 2026, with dates across North America before the bands head overseas.

For TESTAMENT, the timing follows their strongest commercial period in years. Chuck Billy and company released Titans of Creation (2020) to widespread acclaim, and the band has been touring heavily while working on its follow-up. With Alex Skolnick's melodic guitar heroics intact and the rhythm section of Gene Hoglan anchoring the low end, Testament's live show remains among thrash metal's finest.

OVERKILL bring their usual relentless intensity to the bill. Bobby "Blitz" Ellsworth, now 65, shows no signs of slowing — his stage presence and vocal ferocity continue to inspire shock from audiences encountering the band live for the first time. With over 20 studio albums behind them, Overkill's set can roam freely across their entire catalog.

DESTRUCTION round out the bill with their sharp German thrash attack. Schmier and the current lineup have been on a strong creative run with recent releases Live Attack and the studio material that followed, and the prospect of watching three thrash legends share a stage night after night is as good as it sounds.

Tickets are available now for all dates. The full schedule is posted on the bands' respective websites. This is one of spring 2026's essential live metal packages.
