Greek metal guitarist GUS G has released a music video for "Dancing With Death," a new single featuring former ICED EARTH and ASHES OF ARES vocalist Matt Barlow. The track is lifted from Steel Burner, Gus G's fifth solo album and his first in five years.

Produced by Dennis Ward — the veteran behind records by HELLOWEEN and PINK CREAM 69 — Steel Burner is a 10-track power metal album packed with high-profile guest vocalists. In addition to Barlow, the record features legendary German singer DORO PESCH on "Nothing Can Break Me," Ronnie Romero (RAINBOW) on two tracks, and Dino Jelusić (WHITESNAKE, TRANS-SIBERIAN ORCHESTRA) on "No One Has To Know."

"My new solo album has finally arrived and now it's yours!" Gus G declared, describing the music as "power metal with today's energy, aggression and passion, forged in the here and now." Thematically, "Dancing With Death" deals with the struggle of addiction.

The album title Steel Burner draws its inspiration from industrial machinery originally designed for metal-shaping — a fitting metaphor for Gus G's precision approach to the instrument.

Known internationally as OZZY OSBOURNE's lead guitarist since 2009 — appearing on the 2010 album Scream — and as the frontman of FIREWIND, Gus G continues to build an impressive solo discography. Watch the "Dancing With Death" video below:
