Brazilian thrash/death metal force NERVOSA have released their sixth studio album, Slave Machine, via Napalm Records. Produced by Martin Furia — known for his work with DESTRUCTION — the record represents the fullest statement yet from the Prika Amaral-led incarnation of the band.

The 12-track album arrives following a series of well-received singles including 'Ghost Notes,' 'Impending Doom,' and the title track, each of which positioned Slave Machine as one of the more aggressive and melodically refined entries in NERVOSA's catalogue. Amaral has served as guitarist and primary creative force throughout the band's history; she now also handles lead vocals.

The current lineup features Helena Kotina on guitar, Emmelie Herwegh and Hel Pyre sharing bass duties, and Michaela Naydenova on drums — a unit that has toured extensively and honed a tighter, more focused sound than predecessor lineups.

Thematically, Slave Machine draws on social criticism, themes of systemic oppression, and personal struggle — territory NERVOSA have explored since their earliest records, now delivered with sharper production and a broader sonic palette.

Slave Machine is available now via Napalm Records on all platforms.
