NORTHLANE Release New Single 'Evian' Ahead of North American Tour

Australian metalcore powerhouse NORTHLANE have independently released their new single "Evian," accompanied by a music video directed by Colin Jeffs. The band continue to operate without a major label deal, releasing music entirely on their own terms.

Frontman Marcus Bridge describes the track as exploring "self-improvement through confronting trauma, then finding your way back to someone from a healthier place." The song is characteristically NORTHLANE: euphoric, trance-influenced passages give way to seismic metalcore breakdowns, balancing emotional vulnerability with explosive sonic force.

NORTHLANE are one of Australia's most successful heavy acts, known for chart-topping records including Alien (2019) and Obsidian (2021). Their 2024 EP Mirror's Edge, produced by Will Putney and featuring guest appearances from Parkway Drive's Winston McCall and Karnivool's Ian Kenny, further cemented their place as leaders of the modern metalcore scene.

The band head into a busy touring season: a North American run alongside DAYSEEKER kicks off May 1, followed by European festival appearances at Bloodstock, Summer Breeze, and Reload. NORTHLANE also headline the inaugural Hellbound cruise in their home country of Australia later in the year.
