Denver symphonic black metal outfit STORMKEEP have released their second single, "Imperious Sanguine Eroticism," from the upcoming album The Nocturnes of Iswylm, with the album pre-sale launching today via Vesperian. Founded in 2017, the band established their identity with the Galdrum EP (2020) and debut full-length Tales of Othertime (2021), earning recognition as one of the leading names in contemporary symphonic black metal. The Nocturnes of Iswylm continues the narrative world of Tales of Othertime, blending grandeur, medieval atmosphere, and fantastical storytelling with precise songwriting. Produced with Michael Zech (SECRETS OF THE MOON, DARK FORTRESS, THE RUINS OF BEVERAST) and mastered by Arthur Rizk (BLOOD INCANTATION, POWER TRIP, WORM), the album features cover art by Simon Bisley and additional artwork by Valnoir (ULVER, PARADISE LOST, AMORPHIS). The first single "Carnal Tapestries of Nailtorn Flesh" preceded this release in late March.
