Portland, Oregon black metal outfit UADA are marking the tenth anniversary of their debut album Devoid of Light (2016) with a wave of announcements that underline just how much ground they have covered since that record quietly redefined a corner of modern black metal.
The centrepiece is Devoid of Light (10th Anniversary Edition), due July 17, 2026 via Eisenwald. The reissue has been remastered by Arthur Rizk and will feature previously unseen photography by Peter Beste, archival material, extended liner notes, and an exclusive bonus track.
Alongside the reissue, UADA have confirmed that their acoustic album Interwoven is still on track for an April 10 digital release, but manufacturing issues have pushed physical editions back to late May. The album reworks material from across their catalogue in acoustic form and includes a cover of Rome's 'Der Brandtaucher.'
To round out the announcements, UADA will head out on a co-headline North American tour with Norwegian dark ambient legend Mortiis, kicking off April 10. Devoid of Light remains one of the defining modern black metal debuts, and this anniversary package is essential for any serious collector.
