Polish black/death metal titans BEHEMOTH have announced their highly anticipated new full-length album, I, Scvlptor, set for release on September 4, 2026 via Massacre Records. The album will be available in multiple formats including CD, LP, MC, and a limited-edition box set, with pre-orders opening on June 1, 2026 — the same date the full track listing will be revealed.

I, Scvlptor features eight previously unreleased tracks, clocking in at approximately 40 minutes in total. According to frontman Nergal, the record is a statement of artistic autonomy and ambition.

"I, Scvlptor is BEHEMOTH's latest full-length release — an autonomous work that bridges our past with what is new and fresh," Nergal said in a statement. "It features brand-new, previously unreleased tracks that embody the full force of our live energy, intensity, and the fire that has driven this band for decades."

Nergal also described the album as "equally a tribute to the artists and bands without whom BEHEMOTH would never have existed," suggesting the record draws from the deep well of influences that shaped the band's formative years, while pushing forward into new creative territory.

The combination of freshly written material and what appears to be reimagined early work makes I, Scvlptor a uniquely positioned record in BEHEMOTH's storied discography — one that promises to resonate both with longtime devotees and newer converts to the cult.

BEHEMOTH have long been one of extreme metal's most commanding live forces, and the band's assertion that this album captures their live ferocity on record is a tantalizing prospect. Mark your calendars: September 4, 2026.
