BETWEEN THE BURIED AND ME to Perform Inside Prehistoric Limestone Cave in Tennessee on June 19

BETWEEN THE BURIED AND ME have announced one of the most distinctive shows of their career: a performance on June 19, 2026 at The Caverns in Pelham, Tennessee — a concert venue built inside a prehistoric natural limestone cave system.

The Caverns is one of the most unique live music venues in North America. Located deep underground in the Cumberland Plateau, the cave system offers extraordinary natural acoustics shaped by millions of years of geological formation. Artists from across the music spectrum have performed there, but few heavy progressive acts of BETWEEN THE BURIED AND ME's caliber have taken on the venue.

The performance is part of the band's ongoing North American tour, which has been drawing strong crowds. However, The Caverns show is being treated as a special event — the intimate underground capacity and the surreal environment promise an experience fundamentally different from standard arena and club shows.

BETWEEN THE BURIED AND ME formed in Burlington, North Carolina in 2000 and have become one of the most critically acclaimed progressive metalcore bands in existence. Their discography includes landmarks like Colors, Parallax, Coma Ecliptic, and most recently The Future Sequence — sprawling, technically demanding records that blur the lines between metal, jazz, and progressive rock.

Tickets for the June 19 Caverns show went on sale shortly after the announcement. Given the venue's limited underground capacity, fans were urged to secure their spots immediately. This is the kind of intimate, once-in-a-career setting that translates into a legendary night.
