DRAGONFORCE have announced that ALISSA WHITE-GLUZ — best known as the frontwoman of Swedish melodic death metal giants ARCH ENEMY — has joined the band as their new vocalist and first-ever frontwoman. The news was confirmed via official channels on May 6, 2026.

White-Gluz makes her debut with DRAGONFORCE at two high-profile U.S. festival appearances: Welcome To Rockville on May 9 and Sonic Temple on May 17. The shows also mark the 20th anniversary of the band's landmark album "Inhuman Rampage" (2006), which featured the platinum-selling "Through The Fire And Flames."

The current DRAGONFORCE lineup now features both White-Gluz and longtime vocalist Marc Hudson sharing lead vocal duties, alongside guitarists Herman Li and Sam Totman, bassist Alicia Vigil, and drummer Gee Anzalone.

Guitarist Herman Li stated: "Alissa joining the band is an expansion of everything we've done up to this point... Having Alissa in the room changes everything."

White-Gluz responded: "I am beyond excited to be bringing such iconic music to life with these amazingly skilled musicians."

A boasting résumé of 20-plus years in the business — with THE AGONIST, KAMELOT, ARCH ENEMY, and BLUE MEDUSA — White-Gluz brings 2,000-plus concerts and 60-plus music videos to the role. DRAGONFORCE's tenth studio album is also in development.
