IN THIS MOMENT has announced its ninth studio album, "Witch," due August 28 via Better Noise Music — the band's first release for the label — alongside the arrival of lead single "Crawl."

The 11-track album finds frontwoman Maria Brink and guitarist Chris Howorth building on the band's established blend of heavy riffing, theatrical presentation and pointed lyrical themes. "Crawl" leads the campaign with a commanding riff and one of Brink's most forceful vocal performances in recent memory, framing the song as, in her words, "a reckoning — a reflection that those who dominate and cause pain will ultimately reap what they sow. As above, so below."

Howorth described the track's message in broader terms, tying it to recurring patterns of power and abuse across history. He said the song delivers "the undeniable observation of powerful entities dominating and abusing the weaker and compromised masses," positioning "Crawl" as commentary that extends beyond any single target.

Brink framed "Witch" as a personal statement as much as a musical one, calling the album her "declaration of inner transformation" — a record built around converting "pain, persecution, and struggle" into "strength and power." That framing threads through the album's guest list and tracklist, which includes collaborations with DAYSEEKER on "I Want To Believe," Kim Dracula on "Heretic," and Kat Von D on a reworking of "Another Brick In The Wall."

The full tracklist runs: "Shame," "I Want To Believe" (feat. Dayseeker), "Crawl," "Into The Dark," "Sleeping With The Enemy," "Wrapped Around Your Finger," "Heretic" (feat. Kim Dracula), "Father," "Without Me There's No You," "Another Brick In The Wall" (feat. Kat Von D) and "Something I Can Never Have."

Formed in 2005, IN THIS MOMENT has built one of modern metal's most commercially durable careers, amassing more than two billion streams, seven gold and two platinum singles, and multiple Grammy nominations along the way. "Witch" marks a new chapter for the band both creatively and structurally, pairing its established theatrical, hook-driven approach with a fresh label home and a guest roster spanning metalcore, hyperpop-adjacent and tattoo-culture crossover audiences alike.
