New Hampshire death metallers DOMINION are premiering the new track "Grisly Discovery of a Female Torso" via the No Gleaming Light YouTube channel. It's the first song revealed from the band's debut album "Mortification of Thy Flesh", set for international release on October 12th via Sinistrari Records.
Established in 2019 by Uncle Sadism (grunts, guitars) and Ogre (bass), DOMINION emerged as a reaction against modern death metal, drawing instead on the genre's old-school past glory. The line-up expanded with second bassist Noctis and, for the album, New England drummer Claytanas.
"Mortification of Thy Flesh" was recorded in November 2025 at Witch House Studios in Groton, Massachusetts, following the 2024 "Evil Control" EP.
