TEMPLE NIGHTSIDE set October release date for new album, reveal first track

TEMPLE NIGHTSIDE will release their fifth full-length, Cenotaph Severance, on October 30 via Iron Bonehead Productions, on CD and vinyl LP formats.

Formed in 2010 by mainman IV, the Australian blackened death metal outfit last surfaced with 2020's Pillars of Damnation, and the new album picks up right where that record left off — whip-tight execution wrapped in a cavernous, black-metal-steeped atmosphere. The band also welcomes guitarist Ignus Fatuus, longtime member of PORTAL, IMPETUOUS RITUAL and GRAVE UPHEAVAL, while the songwriting reaches back to the bestial edge of the 2011 demo Prophecies of Malevolence.
