ALL SHALL PERISH have released an official lyric video for "Led To Slaughter", the Northern California band's second new song in fifteen years. The clip mixes the lyrics with footage from their ongoing tour celebrating two decades of The Price Of Existence.
The run opened on September 4 in Fresno and concludes on October 3 in San Jose. The Price Of Existence, released by Nuclear Blast in 2006, was the band's second album and the first to feature vocalist Hernan "Eddie" Hermida and lead guitarist Chris Storey.
Like September's "Be As Kings, Be As Gods", the new track was produced by Zack Ohren (MACHINE HEAD, FALLUJAH) and came out through Arson Theory, the music company Hermida co-founded. "Led To Slaughter" arrived after the band hit its $75,000 Kickstarter goal to fund a new full-length, their first since 2011. With no label or manager behind them, ALL SHALL PERISH plan to make the record independently; the biggest slice of the budget goes to finishing the recording, followed by videos and promotion.
The current touring lineup is Hermida, guitarists Storey and Ben Orum, bassist Adrian Oropeza and drummer Andrew Baird.
We covered the song's release and the funded campaign last week.
