NEW WORLD MAN have released "Devil Time", a new single recorded with ETERNAL CHAMPION. It is the second track to surface from the band's debut album, I Am The Machine, which arrives on October 23 through Closed Casket Activities.
The guest spot fits the record's premise. I Am The Machine is a concept album about a man-machine sent by both the Devil and God to wipe out humanity, and to enjoy every minute of it. "Devil Time" sits fourth in the running order, right after "Sound The Alarm! (Invasion Determinant)".
The album was recorded in June 2025 in Kernersville, North Carolina, with Jeremy White. The band say the record "wouldn't be complete without the many friends who contributed guitar solos, pianos and vocals to the construction of the machine", so ETERNAL CHAMPION are unlikely to be the only guests on it. Their listening advice is equally direct: play it front to back, in order, "stoned to oblivion".
The title track came out as the first single when the album was announced last month.
