Copenhagen progressive metal band ONLY HUMAN have released their first-ever live video, a performance of "Breach" captured at the release party for their debut album Planned Obsolescence (Season of Mist) in their hometown.
The show was a milestone for the band in more ways than one. "It was our very first time headlining," ONLY HUMAN say. "Performing our new record in front of our home crowd was an incredible feeling. 'Breach' ended the evening on an extremely high note!"
"Breach" closes Planned Obsolescence, an eight-track, 40-minute debut that mixes progressive metal with electronics and a heavy dose of existential dread about where technology is taking us. The band signed with Season of Mist at the start of 2026 and played Sweden Rock Festival this summer. The live clip was filmed by Andreas Bjulver Paarup and Alice Meunier and edited by Guillaume Blanjean.
More live dates are coming. ONLY HUMAN play two Danish shows with COLD NIGHT FOR ALLIGATORS in November, then head out next spring on the first leg of UUHAI's "Human Herds" European tour — their first shows outside Scandinavia. "We can't wait to present Planned Obsolescence to our fellow humans in Germany, France, The Netherlands and Switzerland," the band say.
