PARKWAY DRIVE will release Home - Live At The Sydney Opera House on December 4 via Epitaph. The album captures the Australian metalcore band's one-night-only, sold-out show at the Sydney Opera House in June 2025, where they played with a full symphony orchestra. The first taste is an orchestral reworking of "Prey".
The concert was the opposite of a typical PARKWAY DRIVE arena night: no pyro, no barrier, no crowd surfers, and 2,000 seated guests in black tie. It sold out in three minutes. The band funded it independently, with frontman Winston McCall telling Rolling Stone Australia that the aim was "to make something worthy of the moment" and that it was "literally the loudest show that the Opera House has ever had."
The 20-track set reshuffles the band's catalog, from "Carrion" and "Horizons" to "Wild Eyes", and adds guests. Nooky appears on "Shadow Boxing", former TONIGHT ALIVE singer Jenna McDougall joins "A Deathless Song", and the record opens with "Welcome To Country" featuring Matthew Doyle.
The album doubles as the soundtrack to the documentary Parkway Drive: Home, directed by Allan Hardy ("Viva The Underdogs") and Macario De Souza. The film premieres at Sydney's State Theatre on November 10 and opens in select Australian cinemas on November 12.
