Akron, Ohio sludge metal band RADIAN will tour the US East Coast this November in support of their third album, Subterfuge. The 13-date run opens in Pittsburgh on November 2 and ends in Louisville on November 18, with a stop at Tampa Doom & Gloom Fest III alongside NOVEMBERS DOOM, AGE OF RUIN, TEMPLE OF THE FUZZ WITCH and others.
Subterfuge came out digitally in March. A physical edition is on the way through the band's own El Burno Records once the pressings arrive in the next couple of months. It is a concept album set in a modern-day Egypt that never fell to Roman conquest. The record was recorded by Mike Burns, mixed by Sanford Parker at Hypercube and mastered by Collin Jordan at Boiler Room Mastering. It is RADIAN's first album with their revised lineup since 2022's Discordian.
Earlier this year the band shared stages with THE OBSESSED, ACID BATH and MIDNIGHT and spent the spring on a long Midwest tour. The video above is for "Spiraling Ash".
