Search for "DIVA INT." on the Internet -- you won't find many resources, but you'll learn that the project was formed by members of Lacrimosa and Electric. The former is mentioned especially prominently. Indeed, the drummer of the famous Swiss project plays in this act, but that is where the commonality with Tilo Wolff's band ends. The musicians themselves define their style as indie rock -- and after listening to the disc, it is hard to disagree with them. We truly hear a wonderful example of alternative rock in an '80s vein, completely devoid of commercial elements designed to force marketability. The guitars are not downtuned, electronics are used unobtrusively and are not fixated upon. The vocal side is quite ordinary -- a pleasant timbre characteristic of alternative rock. Very dynamic and fairly uncomplicated melodic compositions, many of which are built primarily on the bass guitar. In the end, 35 minutes of pleasant music -- I would particularly highlight the tracks "Sold Down The River," "Litterboy," and the closing bluesy "How To Love." I strongly recommend this disc to all fans of non-commercial alternative rock.
