MOURNING PALACE

A Ukrainian band with a pop-sounding name but a true underground sound. You won't find anything in common with DIMMU BORGIR here. Decent black metal without keyboards — not overly primitive, occasionally even showing signs of melody. The recording quality is exactly what you'd expect for the style — that is to say, terrible. The track "Abstract Contemplator" deserves a special mention.
