Another release from the prolific russian band. This time it's a mini containing only three songs, but what a presentation! It's a shame it comes in a cardboard sleeve rather than a jewel case, but then again, a mini doesn't really need one. Excellent cover art, and the disc itself, beyond the songs, contains a beautiful flash menu where you can browse a wealth of information: lineup, discography with artwork, lyrics, contacts, and a photo gallery. As for the music, it's devilishly gratifying that despite such an intense work rate, the quality doesn't suffer. Outstanding death metal with various techno-tinged embellishments. Everything sounds excellent — heavy, aggressive. The powerful rhythm section is especially memorable; while it didn't strike me as particularly complex on first listen, I couldn't reproduce it myself — turns out it's not as simple as it seems. Another thing worth noting is the highly expressive vocals, periodically balancing on the edge between growl and scream. In my opinion, this is the most interesting release from this band that I've heard.
