These German rockers are already familiar to us from their one-song single "Bastard Former Self" (the song is included on this album). But while their previous release gave only a one-sided impression of the music, the full-length allows us to judge it as a whole. As it turns out, "Bastard Former Self" is one of the lighter compositions, and the majority are quite heavy, soaked in a grunge spirit. A curious detail on "A Different View" is track number five, titled... Well, there's no title. What do you mean, no title? None, that's that. Also standing out from the general key is "Maze" — the most melodic song, a sort of acoustic slow number. There are a few minor shortcomings as well. In my opinion, on "Where Do We Go" the guys didn't quite finish the vocal part — they could have written such lyrics and sung it in a way that would have made it a surefire hit.
