ISOLE are a Swedish epic doom metal band from Gävle, formed in 2004 from the ashes of FORLORN. Drawing on the grand tradition of epic doom metal established by CANDLEMASS, they craft melancholy, beautifully arranged compositions dealing with life, loss, melancholy, pain, and sorrow. Signed to Hammerheart Records, their albums are treasured by doom metal enthusiasts for their emotional depth and melodic craft. ISOLE remain active.
