Dying Victims Productions has reissued BAPHOMET'S BLOOD's third album, "Metal Damnation," on vinyl LP and CD for the first time, bringing the 2009 record back into physical print after years of limited availability.
"Metal Damnation" captures BAPHOMET'S BLOOD's roughneck take on underground heavy and speed metal, an eight-track set that closes with a cover of "Ready For Hell" by Belgian heavy metal cult act KILLER, a nod to one of the European scene's more obscure but influential acts. The tracklist — "Devil's Night," "Metal Damnation," "Midnight Patrol," "We Don't Care," "Italian Steel," "Evilbringer," "The Iron Bonehead" and the KILLER cover — leans into the raw, unpolished production values that have made the album a minor cult favorite among traditional heavy metal collectors since its original release.
Dying Victims Productions has built its reputation specifically around reissuing and championing exactly this kind of underground heavy and speed metal, giving "Metal Damnation" a natural home more than a decade and a half after it first appeared.
