ARCH ENEMY have released an official live video for "Nemesis", filmed during the band's summer 2026 European tour. It is the first official live clip to feature Lauren Hart, who took over the microphone after Alissa White-Gluz left the band in late 2025.
The clip was shot and edited by Ben Alexis, with the audio mixed and mastered by Jacob Hansen. "Nemesis" opened 2005's Doomsday Machine and has been a fixture of ARCH ENEMY sets ever since, which makes it a fair test for any new voice in the band. Hart, formerly of ONCE HUMAN, played her first show with ARCH ENEMY on March 27, 2026 in Beijing, followed by dates in Japan and a European festival and club run through the summer.
In a message to fans, the band thanked everyone who came out to the European shows and pointed straight to what is next: the "Wrath Across America" co-headlining tour with THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER, which we reported in May. The run starts on October 5 in Riverside, California and ends on November 19 in Seattle, with SEPTICFLESH, CRYPTA and THROWN INTO EXILE in support.
The band are not treating the new era as a touring-only arrangement. Guitarist Michael Amott said at Summer Breeze that he and drummer Daniel Erlandsson are always writing, and Erlandsson added that the plan is to keep working on demos and head into the studio "pretty soon" to build new material. So far Hart's only studio recording with the band is the single "To The Last Breath". We covered the pair's comments on how fans received her earlier this month.
