Iron Bonehead Productions will release Xaos 333, a brand-new EP from Toronto bestial black metal trio NUCLEARHAMMER, on September 25 on CD and 12" vinyl. Ahead of the release, the EP is streaming in its entirety via the No Gleaming Light YouTube channel.
For over 20 years NUCLEARHAMMER have stood in defiance — begun in the early days of bestial metal's resurgence, refined during its oversaturation, and pushing into ever more unconventional territory through the 2010s, applying hypnotic trance to savage, grinding black metal.
Recorded in 2018, Xaos 333 is the band's first recording to surface since 2023's Xaos Tenewas - Demo MMXXIII. The power electronics of 2014's Serpentine Hermetic Lucifer have been shorn, and the three songs offer arguably the most hypnotically violent NUCLEARHAMMER in years — reverb wielded as a weapon, guiding the listener to portals unattainable through conservative soundfields.
