U.K. progressive metal outfit HAKEN will tour North America in March 2027. The 25-date run opens on March 4 at Moonline in Austin, Texas, and wraps on March 31 at the House Of Blues in Orlando, Florida. Support comes from New Jersey prog collective THANK YOU SCIENTIST and LEPROUS frontman Einar Solberg, who will play his own solo set.
Right after the land leg, HAKEN head straight onto the Cruise To The Edge prog cruise, which runs April 1–8. Solberg will not be part of the cruise lineup.
The tour is the band's first North American trek in support of In A Fever Dream, the five-track EP that came out digitally in July and on CD and vinyl in September. As we reported when it was announced, the EP was co-produced and mixed by George Lever (LOATHE, SLEEP TOKEN) and features guest bass from Bryan Beller (Joe Satriani, THE ARISTOCRATS) and Adam "Nolly" Getgood (PERIPHERY). The band has described it as the product of a period of reflection and rediscovery, written from a more honest, vulnerable place than anything they had done before.
It is also the first record since a major lineup shake-up: guitarist Charlie Griffiths, a member since 2008, and bassist Conner Green, who joined in 2014, both left HAKEN in January 2026.
HAKEN's last full-length remains 2023's Fauna, which the band toured through 2024 with its two-set "An Evening With" shows. The London stop at the O2 Forum on September 21, 2024 was later released as Liveforms: An Evening With Haken.
