Polish extreme metal titans BEHEMOTH have unveiled a music video for "I, Scvlptor," the title track and first single from a special release of the same name due September 4 via Massacre Records, with digital distribution handled by Nuclear Blast. The clip was produced by Polish visual collective Grupa 13, with cover artwork once again created by longtime collaborator Bartek Rogalewicz.

Far from a conventional album, 'I, Scvlptor' is an eight-track release that bridges BEHEMOTH's foundational past with their present-day might. It collects seven new studio recordings and one live track, and will be issued across CD, LP, cassette and a limited-edition box set.

Among the most intriguing inclusions are freshly re-recorded versions of two early songs: "Rise Of The Blackstorm Of Evil," originally from 1992, and "In Thy Pandemaeternum," dating back to 1998 — a chance to hear the band's primordial material rendered with the crushing modern firepower of today's lineup. The release also features two covers that double as tributes to the bands that shaped BEHEMOTH's worldview: a version of VENOM's "In League With Satan" featuring Shagrath of DIMMU BORGIR, and a take on BATHORY's "The Return Of Darkness And Evil" featuring Sakis Tolis of ROTTING CHRIST. The latter served as the official anthem of Poland's Mystic Festival 2026.

The full tracklist reads: "I, Scvlptor," "Lord Ov The Horizons," "Rise Of The Blackstorm Of Evil," "In Thy Pandemaeternum," "Begotten," "In League With Satan," "The Return Of Darkness And Evil" (live), and an alternative version of "Lord Ov The Horizons."

Frontman Nergal described the title track as a statement of intent: "It carries that epic weight but also takes an unexpected turn that makes it feel fresh and different from previous pieces."

The release continues a relentless creative streak for the Poles, who have spent recent years cementing their status as one of extreme metal's most ambitious and theatrical live acts. By reaching back to their blackened roots while pushing forward, 'I, Scvlptor' frames BEHEMOTH not as a band content to rest on legacy, but as one still actively carving its own myth. 'I, Scvlptor' is available for pre-order now.
