Progressive Latin metal artist MANUEL has released the official music video for "Ladron," a single from his acclaimed EP "Parasite," available now via Wormholedeath Records.
Filmed at Grime Studios in collaboration with Chuck Martin Productions, the video translates the song's themes of exploitation, greed and resistance into a striking performance piece, set against the venue's raw industrial backdrop. The visuals lean into that stark setting to underscore the intensity running through the track, while showcasing MANUEL's distinctive fusion of progressive metal, Latin influences and cinematic storytelling.
"Ladron" features a guest vocal turn from Patrice Elizabeth Vigeant, whose haunting delivery adds emotional weight and urgency to the song's message. The track was mixed and mastered by Evan Sammons, whose work brings clarity, power and dynamic range to MANUEL's expansive sound.
As part of "Parasite," "Ladron" continues MANUEL's broader exploration of social inequality, resilience and the human cost of systems built on exploitation, themes the artist has returned to across the EP. The music video pairs MANUEL's commanding performance with an immersive visual aesthetic, reinforcing those ideas through both sound and imagery rather than leaving them to lyrics alone.
The official video for "Ladron" is now streaming on YouTube, giving listeners a visual companion to one of "Parasite"'s most emotionally charged tracks.
