Polish avant-garde metal project JASMENO will return with its new album Assemblage of Cinematic Idioms on September 11, 2026 — the first release in nearly four years. Six expansive tracks totaling close to 50 minutes form what the band describes as a cohesive, almost sculptural musical statement: "a sonic matrix that resembles an installation more than a classic album."

At the heart of the project is Sławomir Nietupski (synthesizers, piano, programming), who constructs the album's architecture from diverse stylistic idioms and artistic personalities. Each element carries its own identity, but the full meaning, built on principles of collaboration and openness, only reveals itself when experienced as a whole.

Michał Grall (ex-SINISTER, UNBLESSED DIVINE) handles rhythm and solo guitar, while Artur Olkowicz (ART OF ILLUSION, MECHANISM) contributes bass. American vocalist Brian Gawaski takes on lead vocal duties across the album — described by the band as a true "gamechanger" who carried JASMENO's music into entirely new creative territories.

The guest roster reads like a roll call of underground metal royalty. Bart Krysiuk (PATRIARKH, ex-BATUSHKA) sings on one track, while Marc Grewe (ex-MORGOTH, INSIDIOUS DISEASE), Snorre Ruch (THORNS, SATYRICON), and Yusaf Parvez (DHG/DØDHEIMSGARD) appear across the remaining songs — each bringing a distinct artistic personality that enriches the album's multi-layered vision.

The full record was mixed and mastered by Jakub Mańkowski, whose credits include BEHEMOTH, Jordan Rudess, and Me and That Man — a final touch that ensures every detail of this intricate, fragmented-yet-coherent work is delivered with maximum clarity.
