CORROSION OF CONFORMITY have released an official music video for "Baad Man," the track that opens the second disc of the band's 2026 double album "Good God / Baad Man," issued in April via Nuclear Blast Records.
Directed by Jeffrey Sisson and Jason Cantu, the clip was filmed at night on the streets of Kansas City, capturing the band tearing through the track amid the city's empty avenues and neon glow — a fitting backdrop for one of the record's rawest, most menacing cuts.
Frontman Pepper Keenan introduced the song's arrival with characteristic swagger: "Well, well, well… Here comes the man with the fists on fire." The line doubles as a mission statement for a band that, more than four decades into its career, shows no sign of softening its attack.
"Good God / Baad Man" marked a significant creative stretch for CORROSION OF CONFORMITY. The double-album format let the band split across two distinct moods: the grittier, more aggressive "Baad Man" disc contrasts with its more melodic "Good God" companion, giving the band room to explore both ends of its sound without compromising either. The record also introduced new blood to the lineup, with bassist Bobby "Rock" Landgraf and touring drummer Nick Shabatura helping inject fresh energy into the band's live show.
That live show remains in full swing. CORROSION OF CONFORMITY are currently in the middle of a North American headlining run with support from WHORES and CROBOT, with the tour continuing through July 22. The band will close out the year's touring with an appearance at October's Aftershock festival in Sacramento, one of the biggest stops on the U.S. rock and metal festival calendar.
Formed in Raleigh, North Carolina in 1982, CORROSION OF CONFORMITY have spent their career moving fluidly between hardcore punk, sludge and Southern-fried heavy metal, influencing generations of bands in the process. With "Good God / Baad Man" and the "Baad Man" video now out in the world, the band continues to prove that its restless creative streak — and its lineup's willingness to evolve — remains as sharp as ever.
