DETHKLOK mastermind BRENDON SMALL has shared his thoughts on the band's remarkable growth as a live act, revealing that they have performed over 59 concerts since releasing "Dethalbum IV" in 2023 — far exceeding the 30-40 shows per album that defined earlier eras of the band's career.

In a new interview, Small highlighted the band's expanding global reach, including their first-ever Australian tour and major European festival appearances. Currently, DETHKLOK is in the midst of a 24-date co-headline tour alongside Viking metal heavyweights AMON AMARTH.

"I want to show people what we do and how much fun it is," Small said, noting that co-headlining tours strategically mix different fanbases, introducing audiences to new music and broadening both bands' reach simultaneously.

Small also hinted at upcoming announcements related to the 20th anniversary of the animated series "Metalocalypse," though specifics remain confidential. He noted that DETHKLOK's setlists are carefully crafted in collaboration with drummer GENE HOGLAN, striking a balance between new material, overlooked fan favorites, and signature songs.

DETHKLOK debuted as a live act in 2007 with just 12 shows at U.S. college campuses. Nearly two decades later, the band has cemented itself as a genuine force on the international metal festival circuit.
