IGORRR have announced a European headline tour for March and April 2027. The run opens on March 13 at Headbang Festival in Aix-en-Provence, France, and wraps on April 4 in Strasbourg, with SECRET CHIEFS 3 and French sludge crew FANGE as support across all dates.
The tour backs Amen, the fifth IGORRR full-length, released in fall 2025 through Metal Blade Records. Twenty years after French multi-instrumentalist and producer Gautier Serre first used the name, IGORRR has grown from a one-man pseudonym into a full live band, but Serre is still the project's architect. Amen features guest spots from Scott Ian (ANTHRAX), Trey Spruance (MR. BUNGLE, and the leader of SECRET CHIEFS 3, who now share the bill) and Mike Leon.
Serre has called Amen the darkest IGORRR record to date. He credits a real choir recorded in a church, along with long, meticulous sound-design work, for its heavy and solemn mood, while tracks like "Blastbeat Falafel" and "ADHD" keep the trademark chaos in the mix. In his words, those lighter cuts work "like a shot of limoncello before the next meal."
The predecessor, 2020's Spirituality And Distortion, reached No. 12 on the official German album chart. Serre has long described IGORRR as equal parts Bach and Chopin and CANNIBAL CORPSE, APHEX TWIN and MESHUGGAH.
